Its 23.6 inch top tube. Medium is about 24.4 inch tt. Does an inch matter? I also hate bigger bikes. Id only be worried about the reach/standing up. And other family members could use it if i dont like it. Could the reach be extended by moving bars forwards or seat back? I cant find any video reviews of it.
Would it be difficult to resell if I change my mind?

5’6 is probably better suited for this bicycle. 5’9 you can find a better fitting bike. Stem/Saddle almost always can be adjusted. 150$ is actually fairly cheap for a bicycle that rolls away. This bike would likely be hard to sell back.
