    Lower your seat a little. A few reasons: looks like your hips are shifting to compensate for the height, causing you to rock side-to-side. You can also see how rigid your ankle gets across the bottom of the pedal stroke. Also the angle between your shoulders/arms, and hands looks off. I suspect because the excess height is causing you to lean your trunk/torso too far forward. This may cause hand numbess or lower back pain.
