I have mild OCD. And i couldn't get my head around loosing these frame hole plugs.
I looked for replacements online but there are none available in my region.
Any of you have any DIY solutions to make this or alternatives to this?

Water bottle cage bolt
I put bolts in them if I lose those things.
Just put the bolts for a water bottle holder in the holes without attaching the water bottle holder
Rotor bolts usually fit these types of frame holes.
I too would like to find these! They look better than bolts, and one of my bikes has a rotted thread so I’d have to force a 6mm in there
I’ve tried silicone barrel plugs but they fall out very easily if you brush against something (they need a longer insert section)
They make specific countersunk/grub screws to put in these.
