Update on my bike chain

So yesterday I posted about my bike that turns blue in the rain, and I got a lot of comments clowning on my ill-maintained chain. I am glad to report that the chain has now been cleaned and lubed, and no longer sings any songs when riding. Figured I'd make a post to clear my name from the wall of shame. I might still replace the chain sometime in the future but it's riding fine so we should be good. Also, I still haven't got a good answer to why my bike turns blue but at least it doesn't seem to be a problem. I'll just try to keep it out of the rain.
