you look like your about to die. id rather be tapping the brake a bit into this drop rather than throwing a half pedal in right before. Get more speed and don’t pedal seconds before, it throws off balance, momentum, composure, etc..

dont pull on the bars too hard. Dropping is basically shifting the bike forward with your legs below you, the front come up by itself when you shift the weight back a bit. You can look up some manual tutorials to see how it works.

Practice on a flat surface. Compress fork then push your bike forward. This will help push off of drops and land flat. That’s all I got. I’m not a coach

Film in slow mon and from the side so you can actually see what your body is doing.

Don’t yank up. Push the bike off the lip. Practice on a big curb for a bit. Once you get the motion, it translates nicely to bigger drops.
