I was wetting up my tire as tubeless, and now I found there these 2 balls on sides. They remain when I deflate the tire.
Is the tire toast? Should I claim it?

I’d absolutely ask for warranty help. That’s a casing failure.

That’s some burnt toast. See if you can get a warranty replacement
