Presuming the end is at the 0, then 262mm. You measure to the flat part after the bend.
(As cross-reference, look at spoke measuring tools and think about how they work.)
It’s probably 262mm but if you want to be sure just buy a spoke ruler, they’re very cheap. Building/repairing wheels is one of the most advanced things you can do in bike repair. If you’re not sure on what you’re doing just go to a bike shop, you’ll save yourself a lot of time and stress
Inside of the elbow, looks like 262
Stop at the inside of the elbow. 262mm if things are lined up off camera.
it’s 262. here are some notes:
– they are found in 2mm increments.
– make sure your tape measure is pushed against the wall as the tab can move.
-.your left and right side spokes are often different lengths.
[Turn the spoke around](https://www.bikecollectives.org/wiki/images/thumb/b/bd/Spoke1.jpg/300px-Spoke1.jpg), the neck of the spoke against the ruler and measure.
