Hello. For me it was the Brompton toolkit and pump. And this is very personally, I changed grips and saddles.

  2. Ergon GP2 grips/bar ends, Brooks saddle (though that’s a personal pref and a tad on the heavy side), 3d printed pull for the bag release

  3. Rohloff hub. It’s amazing for long trips, especially if you’re going out of cities. The quality of life and cadence is unmatched.

If you don’t want the weight penalty, Joeseph Kuosac handlebars. They have more sweepback than Brompton’s standard bars which makes your wrists more comfortable.

  4. Touch points (saddle, handlebar grips, pedals) for comfort and rear rack for stability when folded.

  5. At last mark your post as advertisement. We know your husband makes those accessories.

  6. Apart from others named components (like Ergon grips), something I never thought about installing on a Brompton: a kickstand

Ezy wheels extender. Game changer for stability when folded. Also Ergon grips, because they’re much more comfortable for me than the standard ones, and a Spurcycle bell – simply because it sounds so nice.

P line conversion from 4 to 5 speed, a great bottle bag and a good bell, stock bell is useless. If possible change ALL brake bolts and springs to stainless or titanium they rust a lot

I’ve only changed the saddle bar and grips so far. I pretty much have done those on every bike I’ve ever owned right off. After that, I start planning out things. New geartrain or various cosmetics, tires, etc.
