Go from the non drive side. What tools have you tried? Does the front axle have the same style of removal and have a tool on it?

Tiagra? How wil je KOM? Get a better bike! /s. I think the derailler is partly bolted to this side of the axle so it is not sypposed to come of, try from the other side.

It is like an 8mm hex. Usually from the non-drive side. Find you old crank bolt hex, hope that the person before tightened to spec and not over.

It is like an 8mm hex. Usually from the non-drive side. Find you old crank bolt hex, hope that the person before tightened to spec and not over.
