Can anyone identify this noise? Already sanded down the pads, brake cleaned the rotors and bedded in the brakes as per Sram’s instructions

Normal sound. There is play in the pads and they will move around a little bit as you brake. You hear everything on road bikes with disk brakes, the sound just reverberates through the frame/fork. If you do not like the sound your bike makes under braking, swap the rotor out.
