    Take the dust cover off the outside of the clutch. If memory serves, it’s two small screws, a tab, and a piece of double sided tape. That will give you access to the head of the other side of that bolt. You can then hold it place with wrench (I think it’s Torx) while you loosen the bolt.

    The dust cover isn’t needed, it’s really just for looks. I don’t bother using it on my derailleurs.
