This is it. The complete “movie” of my trip from Sydney Australia to Plymouth England on my BMW R1200GSA motorcycle. In order, catalogued for your viewing pleasure, including UNCENSORED details about my shipping chaos.

Keep in mind I’ve learned a lot about filming/editing/equipment during the process of making these episodes, and let’s be honest, the quality sucks. It’ll get better for the next one.

I rode from sydney to perth, shipped to cape town, south africa, then travelled through all these countries:
bostwana
zambia
tanzania
kenya
briefly into zimbabwe
united arab emirates (UAE)
saudi arabia
bahrain
kuwait
iraq
turkey
bulgaria
Kosovo
Serbia
Croatia
Slovenia
Austria
Germany
France
and finally England

I met a lot of great people along the way, including a few of you lot, some of which made it into the episodes, others not, but you know who you are, and thanks for your hospitality along the way.

There will be other trips. This is not the only one. As the pringles guy says, once you pop you can’t stop. This is just the first of many.

I’ll be back one day. Until then, do the thing.

  1. Brilliant! Found your channel 2 days ago and just finished watching this epic video now. I thought I’d drawn a line under motorcycling 12 years ago but how wrong was I. One question, is Nivea for men cheaper than easystart?

  2. Just watched this whole thing in one go – absolute loved it. Many congratulations on completing the trip. I found your slightly mental sense of humour quite entertaining šŸ˜‚ thanks again and well done šŸ‘

  3. I watched the first few episodes without subscribing. Then out of the blue the feature length movie appeared. I loved every minute of it. I have an older model bmw myself. Sorry to hear of the way you were screwed over by that shipping company. I have finally subscribed and looking forward to other adventures. From Ireland šŸ‡®šŸ‡Ŗ

  4. Really not sure why discussing personal choices, Instagram, health unless you are doing something few ever tried. There is tons of stuff out there explaining bikes and equipment choice on a tour.. Boring stuff!

  5. Love the video and your storytelling. Journeys like this are incredible and definitely worth sharing. As a GS rider, I can understand the ā€˜soft sand’ fun.

  6. the journey is the best parts of traveling in my opinion, but this was a whole mess of chaos and money spending! glad you made it safe and were able to enjoy the journey despite aeon and crap fuel.
Though the ending destination being Plymouth of all places is anti-climatic, hope you get to explore more of England!

  7. An absolutely amazing and inspiring video! I literally watched through the whole thing in just one sitting and never felt bored. I also liked that you showed all the nitty gritty details that other touring channels simply skip.

Anyway, I liked and subscribed and will definitely look forward to any of your future adventures!

  8. What I would have liked to be 4 interesting hours, became 10 boring minutes… I fast-forwarded the first 20 minutes, then watched another 1 minute and changed. But.. despite all this, I enjoy your adventure, but your vlog style is not for me.

  9. 4 hours and 36 minutes ago I thought "I can't watch all of this!"…yet here I am half 1 in the morning, thinking to myself "I wish he'd taken longer" particularly like how at the start there is a slight Oz twang to you voice and the closer to Plymouth you get, the more English you sound ā€œG’day moite, oi’ve jus’ riden outta Straya, grabbin’ a cheeky bevvy an’ a snag on the way—oh blimey, we’ve landed now, jolly good show, bit nippy innit, fancy a cuppa an’ a stroll down the high street, my dear chap?ā€

  10. One hell of a trip! Got here via Noraly, which was about 7 months ago I think, about the time the bosnia video got published. Glad I took some time to watch the whole trip video, makes more sense now šŸ™‚ Anyway, had a good laugh here and there. Curious what comes next.
    Thanks for creating and sharing!

  11. Really sorry they you had to deal with that crooked company Aeon Shipping LLC. I really hope that this comment archive what you are hoping and they go out of business. DO NOT use Aeon Shipping LLC in Dubai as they are Terrible!
Good luck in your travels and absolutely Love your humour and commentary.

  12. So I took a day off work today, with the intention of doing some work on a r1150gs that I have been given. So I got up, prepared some breakfast and started my usual doom scrolling on YouTube only to be recommended a video of over 4 hours, I dont watch films that are that long!!

Basically I binged watched it, loved every moment and got absolutely nothing done on the GS and now have a square arse from sitting so long.As compensation for a lost morning of working on the bike I demand you ride over to the U.K., repair my bike and then ride home again!!

Top content, loved every moment of it šŸ‘šŸ‘šŸ‘

  13. My brother in Christ, this is one of the most entertaining stories that I have ever watched on Youtube, the only idiotic thing I've seen was you thinking it sucks to watch.

Shame you are not making more of them, the entire movie is really unique.

Mind you, if you are doing another – get a better camera, much better investment than $7 insurance in Iraq. šŸ™‚

  14. Brah I'm not carrying 3 fukin fones fuc that shit but shit like that makes you dillegent about tying shit down šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚ fetege will make you complacent šŸ¤”

  15. Thanks for an entertaining 4:36 hours. Thanks for doing aeon shipping so I never have to. I'm unlikely to ever ride my bike to London but the previous owner did so I don’t have to. And I am actually in Tasmania. Hope you get plenty more views and happy ride days.
