I think this is a Parkpre race frame from about 96 or 97. The dropouts are a giveaway.
Logo is from Gary fisher, which was an mtb brand but made a range of bmx bikes in the mid to later 90βs
Model is either a lush rush, or Cleo moto as far as a quick id. Parts long since changed out, the wheels absolutely arenβt original
