Part 2B of a 3 Part series – Painted Frameset

I thought I’d share a 3-part look at the making of a classic steel road bike, from bare tubes to finished bicycle. This first post was about the beginning: the raw frame. Part 2A showed the Frameset Gold Plated.

Part 2B in this 3 Part series shows the Frameset Painted in Black / gold lugged. The client for this Formigli Steel ordered Gold Lugs (one of the many options available).

Part 3 will be the complete assembled bike.
