I quit after 6 months from day 1 i felt like the outsider other staff wouldn't talk to me they would purposely leave me out of things the staff room would just go dead silence when i entered the room they all had a facebook group chat only the selected staff who was part of the bullying was aloud into nobody fully trained me properly from day one they expected me to be like a person whos been doing the job for 6 years. the final straw was when they refused my holiday even though the guy who interviewed me said i would get that time off but never seen that man again after my interview i already knew i was leaving at this point on my days off i would be applying for other jobs but this one particular job i was waiting for confirmation i pretty much knew i had the job to make it official he had to call me as soon as i knew i got it told them i had to pop to the toilet but really i got into my car and drove off that was my final F u to them.
