last minute tinkering to get it ready for a 4 day trip across denmark. planning on now taking it apart and upgrading it a bit especially brakes. Enjoyed having panniers more then i thought i would though. seems much less finicky then frame bags and drastically cheaper.

I went to the extreme in that thinking and opted to carry two duffle bags (on an Omnium).
The mere thought of having to play Tetris to get everything into small bags and do the reverse to get anything out gives me palpitations and cold sweat.
Okay, a bit hyperbolic, but the mere thought of that is requiring a bit more OCD for packing than I can muster.
