Ex Gurkha? Respect.
Many years ago I was part of a high speed CAT A escort up the M6 from Liverpool to Preston cown court. The lead range rover came across a little old lady in a micra doing 40 in the middle lane. She refused to move over into lane 1. The police driver just shunted her off the motorway and up the banking. The convoy carried on leaving Lancs County to send a unit to check on the woman. She was unhurt but highly indignant she apparently insisted lane 1 was just for lorries. She shut up when they threatened to charge her with obstruction.

I wonder if the security man was a retired Gurkha ? His approach was very polite but inquisitive ,us and our military are very lucky to have them i've watched some video's of the new recruits coming over to the UK for their training incredible young men !
