    Sometimes you open a well-ridden hub and it looks brand new like this. The seals and lubrication are better on the post 2012 or so hubs – earlier hubs were more likely to be balls of rust when heavily used

    Keep in mind that the hub oil does have a recommended device based on not only mileage, but also time.

    Staying on top of the service by siping f it and greasing the bearings is cheap, easy, and just guarantees longevity of the hub.

    Yes. It looks clean and recently serviced, but so does a hub with many more miles in it.

    Get the oils, buy the grease. That gun is in good hands. Have fun 👍
