It’s really hard to tell from this image alone. More pictures would help, but even then, absence of evidence isn’t evidence of absence and all that.
That said, it looks like a slightly older F5 to me, if I’m not mistaken. As to whether it’s fake, Felts are not a popular source mold for fakes, like Treks or Pinarellos; I’d be more worried about the ENVE wheels being fake, honestly. Neither is impossible, though.
For a used bike of this age, I honestly don’t think it makes a ton of difference. It’s clearly been ridden and held up to a fair amount of abuse already, so if it’s the right price, send it…
