Previous owner grounded these out pretty bad.
QR holds the wheel ok but it creeps on braking, climbs and hard pedaling. Any solutions or guidance on this one?

Frames toast man, no clue what the idea was but you wouldnt catch me dead riding that
I think your options include:
– put it in the bin
– spend too much money getting it professionally repaired
– cut it up and turn it into the top of a tall-bike
Looks like some tried to make it a SS and want to find a magic gear ratio and failed so that filed it instead
Sadly on this the solution is to buy a new frame. It can be repaired but the cost of doing so would be more than it would cost to replace it
