I use it every day. It’s great. Hauls my clothing. Laptop. Tools. Tubes. Everything. Even my lunch. I don’t always have the side bags down, mostly only one side down. Very convenient and easy to take inside or keep attached. Even easy to carry when the sides are down too. Only thing I don’t like is that it’s been like 7 plus years with this bag and none of the zipper pulls are still on. So it has very tiny zipper pulls that are just the metal under the old plastic pulls which has long broken off.

I have it, though not for very long. Like the space, but make sure you have organizers. It’s a little tight for my MacBook Pro in a pannier. I store my e-bikes charger in the bag, it can fit into the closed up side container, so even in packed up mode it can be carried.

My girlfriend has one of these. I wouldn’t really recommend it if you’re trying to lug a laptop. The roll out panniers have 0 padding. You would have to put the laptop in a padded case first before putting it in. But if that doesn’t put you off then go for it.
I personally use an ortlieb vario PS for lugging my laptop & clothes and I love it. Ortlieb is a great brand and it’s fully waterproof if you get caught in the rain. It has a padded laptop sleeve built in. And it converts between a pannier (sitting on the rack) and a backpack so you can wear it around once you’re off the bike.
Around 400NZD so a little bit pricier but it really is a buy-it-for-life kind of product. Available from bicycle junction, pack gear go or electric bike team.
