Picked up this Trek from the local coop. I’ve been saving this Stridsland Barnacle fork for a project and I think it fits well. Threw on some wheels and bars just to make sure the frame size was right as it’s an 18” when I normally ride a 19”
Thinking about grabbing a set of the bullship bars to bring the front up. Anyone ride them and how to you like them?

How are you running disc in the rear on this? Did you have IS tabs welded on?
