Continuing on the discussion of my world expedition cycling tour I am preparing for 2028, let's bring up Tibet.

For me it's probably the most important, hard and insane section of my whole adventure.

This route must be take nowadaus with a guide, but you obviously still need to survive the high altitude and non stop pedaling to get through.

This time I do not make the same mistake as Australia (where I cross during summer), here I will arrive in Lhasa in the beginning of May by train to start my journey.
And need to get to Khirgilik (China), by taking the G219 Highway.
I know already a lot on the paper needs.

I am aware on the difficulty this route represants, but I can always be given more caution info.

Please for those who have any information on the whole adventure itself (paths, seasons, altitude, body adaptation, temperatures, average distance per day, anything else),
Feel free to give me advice.

I would aim arround 90 to 100km a day for this, or more in the case of good body acceptation.
