  1. Take a round wood dowel and tap each spoke in the middle. Listen to the note, should all be more or less same. Correlate each majorly sharp or flat note to out areas.

    Also, check dish.

  2. Pretty good. If mine, I’d try to improve the up/down a little bit. But judging by your clearance you’re running big tires so it might not matter.

    On my mountain bike, this is beyond good enough. As long as spoke tension is close to even, you’re wasting time trying to get it any more true. Do it if you want to chase perfection, but you will not be able to feel this while riding, and it will not impact strength at all.
