Is it airtight now? If so clean the sealant on the outside up with some water and maybe top it off a bit. Should be good then 🙂

Put some air in it and shake it around.

What pressure did you initially inflate it to when putting on the tire?

Spin the tire. Wipe the excess.
If the bead doesn’t look seated take it to max psi.

Cool, now do the other one

Welcome to the club. Wipe it down and ride it like ya stole it. If that doesn’t work, then your rim tape near the edge of the rim is most likely the issue.

Are you using an air compressor? A floor pump isn’t the right tool for this job.

Your tire isn’t seated. Need to increase air pressure until the bead snaps into place. Keep pumping. Will take need way more than 20psi.

In my experience the tanwall does not go over the bead. Usually when the bead is seated and pumped up a little bit of black shows near the rim all the way around.

Is that slime? Like old school goes in the tube slime?

What sealant are you using? If it’s flat attack or slime those are not tubeless sealants, meant to go inside tubes
