I personally wouldn’t worry about it but if you have concerns it’s fine to just keep looking.
I wouldn’t purchase it but, you could always pick up a new front triangle if the price is good.
It could be a stolen bike if the price is too good to be true. My U lock dented the frame in a similar spot when thieves tried to break the lock with a car jack.
Don’t buy dented frames.
