  1. What if you actually backpedal it? This isn’t surprising behavior when there’s no resistance on the pedals.

  2. Your freehub is probably gunked up. It’s engaging, but too much. You can either take it apart, clean and regrease it, or just replace it. It’s not practically an issue now other than the cranks turning with the wheel, but with time it can lead to the pawls not engaging which will make the bike effectively unusable.

    Can’t tell from your Video, but sometimes that Disk on the rear wheel breaks. People just rip it out. That disk has 3 or 4 little plastic prongs that are supposed to hold it in place. When you rip it out, sometimes one of those little prongs gets wedged between the wheel and the cascette / freewheel. When that happens, it drives the wheel forward just like this. So, make sure there is nothing wedged between the back of the cascette / Freewheel and the hub of the rear wheel.
