Paid *$1300* for the frame, an Ultegra 2×11 groupset and the wheels. Swapped in a carbon handlebar, road tires and water bottle holders from my parts bin.
It needs a brake bleed (not gonna try that in my apartment) and a gear index, but she’ll be a lot of fun for the Five Boro Bike Tour in NYC this spring while I wait for the trails to dry out. Going to add some gravel tires later.
