Help me win an argument. Cult Corey Walsh frame in 19.75″ TT???

I have this acquaintance (**read:** * sugar daddy sort of situation that I only deal with for the purpose of getting back everything he took from me when he used my drug addiction and bad home life in my late teen years to manipulate, abuse, control, and trap me. He is a very bad guy but unfortunately my vehicle is in his name and he has every excuse not to sign it over, he weaseled his way into my family dynamic like a fucking parasite to isolate and control me, and various other tentacles he got deep inside my life to make sure its as hard as possible to get away from him. But that's not the point of this post*) he is one of those people who lies about EVERYTHING. Even the smallest, most mundane things, just embellishes or flat out lies to make himself seem cooler or more interesting or to manipulate people.

For almost 3+ years now he has been going on and on about this bike he is custom building for me and putting THOUSANDS of dollars into (insert eye roll). I've seen naught but *maybe* two pictures of it this whole time.

It has a zebra print seat (animal print is one of few things that I legitimately despise and adamantly refuse to wear or display anywhere in my life or on my person. I hate it. Any and all kinds.), red bolts (Red is my absolute LEAST favorite color, and the only color that I actively dislike and will refuse or avoid at all costs.), and what I am *almost* certain is a 21+" frame. He has known me for almost a decade, so trust and believe he knows what colors I like and don't like and what my personal style is, what my previous bikes looked like, wishlists, etc.

I am of the belief that this is a bike he is building for himself, and just occasionally when it suits his narrative, claims is for me.

I am 5'3", and spent my first 10 years riding an old 19.5" fit frame. I got a 20.5" kink a couple years ago and went back to the fit because I found the transition a little less than comfortable and didn't like how my balance and stuff was on the larger frame. So he SWEARS that this frame he got "*for me*" is a 19.75" frame. BUT, it's a Cult Corey Walsh frame. Which after twenty minutes of research, as far as I can tell, does not come in 19.75". Not even close. When I challenged him he started claiming that "*my frame*" is a custom built ***1 of 1.***

**I call bullshit.**

So, am I wrong or is this man just full of shit and trying to manipulate me as usual?

TLDR: Does the Cult Corey Walsh frame now or ever in the past come in a 19.75" TT size? Is there any realistic possibility of it being a 1 of 1 custom made 19.75" Cult Walsh frame? or is it bullshit??
