    Looks like Velofix is supposed assemble the last bits of your bike. Leave the package closed and follow Velofix’s instructions.

  2. That really depends on you.
    If you have experience working on bikes and are able to follow instructions to perform simple assembly, like install wheels, seat post and the bar drops (in case it’s a bike with cockpit and separate drops), then it’s really not a big deal.
    However, you asking the question here might mean that you’re unsure of your abilities, and would rather not risk damaging something. If that’s the case, then for sure book with Velofix. That way, if there are any issues during assembly (or something defective), you’re clear of any responsibility.

  3. The final steps of assembly are really easy. I would save yourself the money and avoid using Velofix for this.
    Check out the video that canyon has for it. You can tell for yourself if these tasks are too difficult or not.
