Hello, I am 166cm with inner leg length of 75.5cm. I am not sure if it would be better to buy an XS grizl 7 or an XXS one. Any tips? I am changing bike because mine is soo big, so I have a bit of a trauma of big bikes and I want to be sure that I make the right choice. I will use the bike mostly for bikepackings / explore

You seem to be right in the middle of 2xs
Probably go for the smaller and then buy a slightly longer stem if you need to (doubt you’ll need to, though)
My opinion is that for the purpose of bike fitting inseam is more important than height. You’re right in the middle of 2XS, and at the lower limit of XS. Possibly both would fit, but given that you can’t shorten a bike frame, it’s better to buy a the smaller one and then adjust the position as needed.
Its easier to make a small bike larger than to cut up a bike that’s too large. Raise the saddle, add a longer stem.
Small frames are more solid. They also are less flexible so ride less comfortable.
Hate the fact that regardless of the size frame, manufacturers will fit the same length of pedal arms. So stupid. So foresee budget to buy shorter crancks.
