No professional but it maybe okay or maybe two links short but I’d say also depends on how it looks on small/small to for me to decide when doing a personal bike.

It does look short like this but How’s the chain angle between front and rear rings? Is it meant to be at the extremes like this?
If it works ok like this and also at the opposite (smallest rings) then I guess it’s ok.
But typically I’d expect the chain to be kept off the two extremes.
