What’s the frame made of?
It’s a paperweight until you get a new rear triangle. That looks like carbon damage

Second pic looks like a crack in the carbon.

Yes, structural, but you definitely DON’T need a new rear triangle.
Carbon repair is easy and relatively cheap.
