That bike is going to need a lot of work and you might also need a new cassette and crankset on top of it. This thing was clearly ridden hard. I’d also be concerned about the frame itself. I probably wouldn’t pay much for it, maybe $500, MAYBE.. AFTER a thorough inspection
Bottom Bracket and Headset issues would probably just make me pass on it altogether though
