Low budget build

Got the frame from the local cycling club, old track bike from a LBS made of Vitus 788 tube.
Came with 3ttt headset, cinelli critérium handlebar, nervar cranks and Rino leader seatpost.
Bought a pair of m520 pedal from a friend, had a front wheel laying around, bought a rear wheel from santafixie, izumi chain and a nice pink bar tape from deda.
