I lowered the height of my handlebar and this what it looks after. Is the distance/ spacing you see normally like that? The wheel fork dropped a little when i took out 2 distance spacer and im scared now that this is not normal.

It’s not about that distance specifically, it is about the fork not rocking back and forth, while turning freely. Check that.
