Chain falls off randomly

I bled my breaks recently. Had to take the rear wheel off. Breaks done, wheel back on and I noticed the bike would shift under load. I had not changed anything besides the fluid and pads.

I went through my high/low set screws and it seemed fix the problem. I did a 6 mile ride and no gear changing issues. Then I popped a small small curb into my driveway and the chain fell off into the spokes.

I’m new to bikes but would like to learn. Is this amount of play normal?
