Been given this bike by a family friend and was just wondering what it even is I’m working with here?
Mercedes all over it but for the life of me can’t find anything online about it or what it’s even worth, so hoping someone has a good idea of what it is other than the fact it’s used for triathlon.
It’s in decent condition other than the back tyre probably needing changing but think it’s too small for me personally.
In the UK.

Hard to tell what the frame could be. Group set is mechanical 105 which is decent but not expensive. Fulcrum wheels are nice too despite being rim brakes. I mean it’s a good set up. Shame it’s too small for you because it looks ready to be ridden.
This is probably a Rotwild cooperation bike from around 2011-12. Here’s something I found: https://www.auto-medienportal.net/artikel/detail/9875
IMO, promo bikes like this are a tough sell because it’s unclear what the frame is. If you want to sell, take whatever reasonable offer you can get.
The profile looks like it might be a Cannondale CAAD something TT frame. Possibly a CAAD 4 or 5, but it would be that era (early 2000s) if it was that type of frame. I am basing that off [this 2019 Facebook post](https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10216009595175191&set=p.10216009595175191&type=3). It’s a reply to a post, and it has the photo in question. Same seat tube profile – that was what jogged my memory.
I am not sure if the fork profile in that photo is consistent with yours, though. Also, the drivetrain has a 105 5800 crankset and 7000 FD and RD, so the drivetrain is from the 2010s. That said, I am fairly confident (70%) that the frame is a CAAD aero frame based on the photos.
Petronas is Malaysia’s national oil and gas company. Mercedes Benz-Petronas branded bikes do seem to exist, but they would have slapped their brand on some other bike. I am not sure if they ever did this with a Cannondale. Who knows?

Looks like a 2000s era Cannondale TT bike
I’m pretty sure it’s a late 90s to early 2000’s Cannondale CAAD Multisport aero frame that’s been custom painted with a F1 Mercedes livery. The sanded welds and replaceable derailleur hanger are the tell tale signs.
