Groupset wise they are pretty similar. Speccy has an alu frame with carbon forks and alu Mavic wheels, Moto has a carbon frame and wheels (wheels look newer than frame). Considering brands reputation, I would say that Moto is slightly wort more for the frame and wheels, but carbon that old needs to be inspected.

If you’re getting it to ride, get the one that fits better. The Allez is a 56cm while the Motobecane looks smaller. The Motobecane is carbon and has better parts and carbon wheels.
