I recently found this Denti bike in a flea market, it was really cheap and came with XTR cranks and cantilever brakes, the groupset was a 3×8 XT so i didn´t hesitate and bougth it just for the parts. At first glance I thougth it was another mid 90's hybrid bike or a cyclocross one but at home I noticed it has a rear 700 and a front 26 inches wheels, the fork has the Denti decals and the same Dedacciai Zero tubing of the frame so it look like it came from the factory like this. Now i am curious about this "mullet" bike. I saw this in some TT bikes from that era but this one have cantilever brakes so I discard this. Any of you have information on this configuration?

  1. I could be wrong, but my guess would be a fork swap which just happens to also be Dedacciai (or was stickered up). Seems like an odd arrangement otherwise
