I think the spring is either hella filthy, or the clutch is bound up, either way take it off and clean it up thorough, if that doesnt fix it, service it at your LBS, and if its cooked, get a new one, shouldnt be more than 80usd i think, im not sure what series grx rear mech costs how much, i saw some grx something mech around 80 im not sure

My assumption woudl be that the clutch needs either adjusting, cleaning, or both. There’s some good YT vids covering it.
