The torque wrench is overkill tbh. You only really need a ratchet… (which you will probably need because you shouldn’t undo things with a torque wrench as it screws up their calibration.)

Take a look at tool sets from bike co’s.
Kink makes a nice one that I have. It’ll have all the tools you need to assemble and maintain a bike. Minus a chain breaker.

Ditch the torque wrench. If you have all that money for tools but a decent tool set with a 3/8 drive ratchet. Get one that comes with a reducer to 1/4 and Allen key sockets.
Got a 1/4 ratchet and cancelled the torque wrench, thanks a lot

Animal used to have an all in one tool.. the Kotulak.. came in at like $45 for everything you need in one package that’s easily transportable

A set of allen keys and a simple ratchet should do the trick.
I remember trying to piece together my bikes so that I’d only need one Allen key to take the whole thing apart (or put it back together)
Never had a bike tool wrench, but those usually have alle the required sockets and keys in one fairly simple tool, so matte that’ll save you a couple bucks..? Then again, I like to have a complete and decent toolset, also for other purposes.
Keep in mind, if you buy a bmx complete, it’s usually 75% pre assembled already, but it’s still a good idea to check all nuts and bolts yourself😉

Don’t waste your money on normal tools. Unless you have another use for them. Get one of these if you can find them. https://www.empirebmx.com/products/shadow-conspiracy-multi-tool?_pos=20&_sid=032a0a2a8&_ss=r
