It’s a fair price, older version of the Claris groupset (2400) so probably around 2017 or earlier. If you do need a super small frame size like this then they’re sometimes quite uncommon to see second hand. But you won’t fit wide gravel tyres on a rim brake road bike like this, you’re often lucky if you can fit 28c tyres. They’re absolutely still capable of riding on smooth dirt or hard packed fine gravel, but rougher gravel it will start to struggle.
