Guys, what would you do. My RIM is damaged a little, very little, but its a new unpacked bike, so ofc its annoying.
what would you guys do in this Case. Mailed Canyon, they offered me a Payback of 130 EUR or 215 EUR in their shop. OR sent the Bike back.
i mean its not that big of a deal i guess and after a few rides there will be usagedmg anyways right?
i need a powermeter too, but they dont have it on their shop right? Would be a nice tradeoff in my Opinion
here you see the scratches on the first Pic and the darker black stripe on second, on the last picture and without lightning, i cant see much, if you dont look close

Take money. These type of finishes on carbon rims mark just by looking at them. I have 2 sets of these new gen wheels by dt Swiss and they both have minor marks.
Same with dura ace wheels, it’s common.
Money. This is pure cosmetic that can be buffed out with a rag and some product. There will be worse markings on it a month after your first ride
probably just from the tire lever, that matte finish picks up marks if you sneeze at it. take that cash and ride it.
Somewhat unrelated, I backed my car over my front zipp and it has nice yellow parking lot paint marks in the side now. haven’t blown up on me and I like the wear.
