
I’m a powerlifter (6’3 280lbs) that despises cardio. Recently picked up cycling since I can’t play basketball like I used to and this was my first longer distance ride.
Used to play a lot of basketball/soccer for cardio, but the arthritis in my knee has been killing me. Gained 40 pounds over the past 5 months. Really enjoying cycling so far.
