Your call bro do whatever you want to do to your bike as long as you love it
I pretty regularly swap my forks out depending on ~vibes~ or whatever. It’s pretty quick, like 30mins tops. Beauty of fixed gear is you don’t have to mess around with cables.

up to you of course , personally I dig the aesthetic and I have my suspicions about carbon so I would keep it
Hell no. Plus an alloy or carbon fork will be worse for vibration damping and give you worse ride comfort.
“Worth it” entirely depends on what you value. Only you can decide that.
