Been riding a size 55 black Kilo for a couple of years now and it's been great. Recently a buddy of mine wanted to try fixed, so I found him a nice used size 53 white Kilo. I am 5'7" and my buddy is 5'10", and I find that the size 53 white Kilo seems to fit a bit better for me so I am considering possibly giving him the size 55 and keeping the 53. Only downside is the fork on the 53 doesn't take size 700×32 tires which I am fond of on the size 55. I can just purchase a new fork right that'll allow the size 32 tires without changing the geometry too much? Or is it gonna cause a slanted top tube?

Why not just swap the forks between the 2??
