Got my Endurace CF 7 AXS today, but the sram batteries that came with them were dead. I tried to charge them for several (6hr) hours and it’s still dead. The charger just shows a red light. Luckily I have some spares from my other bikes, but kinda lame. I wonder how long these batteries have been sitting around.
I contacted Canyon tonight. Hope to hear back tomorrow. Anyone else have this issue?

My sram batteries arrived dead and I wondered why it took so long to charge them. I don’t remember what I did, maybe replugged or reinserted many times, but I think I wiped the electrical parts clean and that solved it
Congratulations on the bike. Sorry to hear about the battery issue. Did you upgrade the wheels from the stock ones?
