Hello
I'm interested in buying a MTB, the Grand Canyon AL 7 from Canyon, and I'd like to go on a bikepacking trip with this bike. So, I'm looking for a rear rack (with panniers) that would fit on it.
This picture on Canyon's website shows a rack with panniers installed on the Grand Canyon AL, but I can't find that specific setup…
I'm looking at the Ortlieb Quick Rack in size L or XL, but I'm curious about what other people use…
Thanks!

Old man mountain makes some very sturdy racks.
Old man mountain. Best racks.

Lots of answers to this in this sub if you search!
I personally use a tumbleweed pannier rack and occasionally an OMM divide.Â

I’ve got a Tubus rack. Can’t remember exactly which model but it works well with my Ortlied gravel panniers.
I use an Old Man Mountain Divide XL on my Topstone Carbon 2, and I can’t say enough good things about it.
I have an old man mountain Divide and an Elkhorn on my bike currently.
I used an Ortlieb quick rack previously and broke it riding off road loaded so I replaced it with the OMM racksÂ
The Thule Tour Rack has been great on my hard tail. I haven’t used the Ortlieb Quick Rack so I can’t compare the two racks directly. All my bike bags are Ortlieb and have been amazing so I assume their rack is pretty good too.
