Great news regarding your treatment definitely like to see videos of your bike repair not sure if u did this but people tend to put the puncture bit of the wheel to the bottom n wait as the sealant pools at the bottom of the wheel u probably know this Dave but just thought ad mention it,stay safe mate cheers
Nice route that now that they’ve resurfaced Warburton bridge. It’s going to be controlled by ANPR so no need for the toll booth but I believe the price will be increased. I rode over the bridge on Thursday in glorious sunshine on my way to see if I could see the Bridgewater canal breach 😊 Stay healthy and enjoy 😊
Awesome news about your health issue David and I know I speak for all of us saying well done.Yes Warburton Bridge is nearly completed with just the blasting and painting of the main bridge going on behind the sheeting . The price will rise from 12pence one way to £1 .00 maybe both ways but this is typical of Peel Holdings The good news would be for us on the bikes is the £1.00 might put a good few off and we can whizz down on that new tarmac after suffering for years over the potholes .Although I haven’t done a bottom bracket you will need some special tools and I would suggest that you take the old one out and accurately measure it as they seem to go up or down in small increments. 😮
Hi Dave. Really great news about your recovery. Keep these local ride videos coming. I would be interested to know what route you took at the beginning of the video – looked like a trail. I am a Warrington lad so always keen to learn new cycling routes
